Some people have mentioned that excessive use of AdSense is getting dinged the hardest but in the case of these Article directories who both use Adsense, they haven”t seen a drop in traffic; at least not a sever drop. Using AdSense in small doses probably won’t affect your search results – as it is a Google product after all – but using multiple instances and taking up valuable real estate on a page might hurt you.
